The radar and satellite images usually state time in Z (ZULU) Time, GMT (Greenwich Mean Time), or UTC (Coordinated Universal Time), which is 8 hours ahead of Pacific Standard Time and 7 hours ahead of Pacific Daylight Time. Just subtract either 8 or 7 hours from the times shown on the weather images to calculate local time.
